Receive Proforma Invoice (PI)
Your dedicated account manager will verify product availability, calculate shipping weight, review destination-specific requirements, and issue a detailed Proforma Invoice with product pricing, shipping, and applicable taxes.

Payment & Order Confirmation
- International Orders: Full payment via Bank Transfer (T/T) or our secure international payment links.
- India Orders (COD): Confirm your order with a mandatory 10% advance deposit. COD orders up to ₹10,000 incur a ₹200 handling fee, while orders above ₹10,000 attract a 2% handling charge.

Production, Quality Check & Dispatch
Our experienced production team processes your order, performs strict quality inspections, securely packs the shipment, and dispatches it via trusted logistics partners including FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or UPS. Tracking details are shared immediately after dispatch.
