Dispatch & Processing Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Inventory: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from our Surat warehouse.
- Custom Orders / Bulk Production: Production timelines are calculated based on order volume and customization complexity. The estimated schedule is clearly mentioned in your initial Proforma Invoice (PI).

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are quoted on an FOB (Free On Board) or EXW (Ex Works) basis.
- Import duties, local VAT, customs clearance fees, destination terminal charges, and any applicable local taxes are the sole responsibility of the importing business entity.
- Fashion Factory Export provides all mandatory export declarations, certificates of origin (where applicable), commercial invoices, and packing lists to facilitate smooth customs clearance in the destination country.
