The Journey of Rajni Panchani

When I founded Fashion Factory Export in 2015, I did not have a shop, a showroom, or a large team. I started with a simple dream, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to serving customers with honesty and dedication.

In the beginning, we had only 7 customers. Every order, regardless of its size, was handled personally by me. Before dispatching any parcel, I would carefully check the quality, colour, size, and length of every product. I believed that if a customer trusted me with their order, it was my responsibility to ensure they received exactly what they expected.

"We didn't have a shop or a place, but we checked every order personally — the quality, the colour, the size, the length — before dispatching it to our customer. That personal care has never changed."

Those early years were built on hard work, patience, and personal relationships. There were no shortcuts. Every customer mattered. Every order mattered.

As customers began sharing their positive experiences, Fashion Factory Export steadily grew. What started as a one-person journey gradually became a team effort. Today, we are proud to have a dedicated family of more than 25 team members who share the same values that have guided us since day one.

Despite our growth, our approach remains exactly the same. Every order still receives personal attention. Every customer remains important to us. We continue to inspect products carefully before dispatch and provide support throughout the buying process.

One of the values I am most proud of is our willingness to go beyond simply supplying products. If a customer needs something that is not currently available in our catalogue, we make every effort to source it for them. We believe that serving our customers means helping them find exactly what they need, not just selling what we already have.

Whether someone places a single-item order or a large bulk shipment, we treat every order with equal care and dedication. We also assist our customers with shipping and customs-related questions because our responsibility does not end once a parcel is dispatched.

The name Fashion Factory Export reflects everything we stand for:

Our slogan, "We Are More Than Fashion," holds a special meaning for me.
