By accessing our wholesale portal, requesting a Proforma Invoice, or initiating a commercial transaction, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Wholesale B2B Operating Nature

Fashion Factory Export operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supplier of ladies' clothing, handbags, ethnic wear, and lehengas.

  • We do not operate as a consumer retail store.
  • All purchases are intended for wholesalers, distributors, retailers, resellers, and commercial buyers.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Minimum Order Value (MOV) requirements may apply to production runs and inventory allocation.

Pricing & Taxation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices quoted through our website or sales channels are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes.

  • GST will be charged separately for Indian buyers in accordance with prevailing government regulations.
  • Applicable taxes will be reflected on the final commercial invoice.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their destination country.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

A mandatory 10% advance payment is required to confirm all eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This advance serves as a security deposit toward logistics and fulfillment costs.

  • If a buyer refuses delivery after shipment has been dispatched, the 10% advance payment will be forfeited.
  • The forfeited amount will be used to recover courier charges, Return to Origin (RTO) expenses, and product handling costs.

Custom Orders

Products manufactured, customized, or modified according to specific customer requirements—including sizing, color combinations, branding, private labeling, or assortments—are made exclusively for that buyer.

  • Custom-made products cannot be cancelled after production begins.
  • Such products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrect due to our manufacturing error.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, payment issues, or legal proceedings arising from transactions with Fashion Factory Export shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal matters related to these Terms & Conditions and commercial transactions.
